Makes 1 large serving.
- ½ cup rolled oats (not quick cooking)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup milk
Mix all the ingredients in jar, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir in the mix-ins of your choosing.
In the picture above, I mixed in fresh strawberries and strawberry jelly. This morning I mixed in fresh blueberries, fresh strawberries, a half a banana, and strawberry jelly. I can't wait to see what I will try next!
